A Cuban bodyshop Mystery? ( update: Lada & Polski 125 bits?)

Erik 'Chinese Cars' van Ingen sends these two shots from Cuba by Tom Singfield. At first glance we see something inspired or partly based on the Isuzu Bellett, designed by Bertone. However when looking at the profile of this concept is gone alltogether. The nose bit could be anything sixty-ish british. Or possibly the Morris Oxford lookalike, better known as Hindu Ambassador. However the wheelarches make an end to that fantasy quickly. So over to you. Beside your view on budgetwise bodyshop techniques, which elements do you think are combined in this carribean saloon?
