A french Working class Hero

Maybe not as old as many other cars on these pages, still it's a rare sight to find a Peugeot 504 pick-up. There was a time when every mid class Peugeot was available as a pick us as well. This is the son of the famous 404 and grandfather 203. 

Now if you wonder where a car like this would fit in the picture, just have a look at the house of Pete Giles, the man who sent the photo. Champage Mouton, looks like one of those horrible place where you get into danger to get stuck for the rest of your life if you ever land there. They still have the same population as in 1794... Somewhere in the french 'Bermuda triangle' of Poitiers, Limoges and Angoulème.
