A hipster look at the Spitfire.

This unfortunate Triumph Spitfire Coupe is a well known landmark for many Londoners or visitors of the Shoreditch neighborhood, a place which is the home of the "hipster" movement. Here you will find some of the best coffee shops, modern restaurants and markets of London, where you can find any kind of vintage clothing, furniture...or whatever, but always in old style. Is it perhaps due to this love for the ancient objects that we find classic cars parked here and there, all used as static displays. Undoubtly the one in the worst situation is this two-tone Spitfire housed in a glass box which surely helps to condense the humidity of whatever weather situation. Is this a kind of a classic car oven? (cook the car?) Probably when this car will be totally cooked it will be exchanged for another car, and in the meantime the passers by can observe the decomposition process...very original and hipster, isn´t it?
