After his active professional life as an interior architect he now spends most of his time making watercolours and paintings. When he is sketching and painting he likes to fill the room with great music from the fifties, with an occasional powerful car engine soundtrack thrown in for good measure. Nothing fills Giovanni with more joy than to try and capture the feel and ambiance of that exhilirating period.
He sincerely hopes that his watercolours can add to the loving memory of the good old days and of the drivers who risked their lives.
