A roadside Morgan Mystery..? (upd.: Moss Monaco / Herald 1300)

Last week when visiting H&H in Warrington near Manchester, our eyes were attracted by this sad scenery along Tarpoley road (A49). While flashing by at 60 mph for a moment we thought it was a prewar Morgan. Wrong of course, it would have been spotted/found/bought by zillions before us. According to Google Streetview the two cars are there already since April 2009 at least..!! Anyway we made a U-turn a mile down the road and stopped  for a better check. Indeed next to the Reliant we see a vehicle with a Morgan logo attached to the rear. But the very wrong wheels, the very postwar suspension and more give the impressioin that we look at a  seventies or eighties kit car. The only issue, which one of all Morgan look-a-likes? We're sure  you will tell us soon  enough.
