A Siviglia E-Type Mystery (upd. how many parts are missing?)

Always a joy to see classic cars appear in fashion photography and the first thing we try to do is identifying the car. No sweat in this case of the Saviglia advert we found in a magazine. A slick E-type roadster.  Judging the wiper lay-out this must be a later lefthander but after that we got confused. Looks like somebody has taken oout -with own hands or the help of photoshop - the top trim of the windshield. Maybe to give a better look at the pants of the passenger; it's a fashion shot after all...  At this point we decided to check the website of Saviglia to find out more. We found their campaign presentation and got confused even more! Here the car suddenly has changed into a RHD... What are they trying to say to us? A LHD for spring, a RHD for Summer? Can you help us out?  Is is a reversed RHD or a reversed LHD?
