An interstellar wormhole? 1960 Rover P4 saloon

To see a Rover P4 'in the wild' in this particular condition is like travelling in time. Like stepping trhough one of the 'wormholes' in Interstellar, the movie that will be launched later this week.  Maybe it's less rare in David Cameron's home country, yet here in the damp fields near the sea they looked like this up to 1970 maybe to die away from the roads soon after. Of course at club meetings and Brit-nut events you will see one or two, gleaming and spotless. But like this, in lovingly, only seemingly scruffy condition? With the original (we mean very first)  dutch registration still in place. With no concessions to the original nearly useless wingmounted mirror? It's just another P4 when seen through late sixties' spectacles. But in a 2014 shopping mall garage?
