The End is at Hand!

When we saw this wonderful 1940s photograph of an American junkyard, we immediately knew that we had to share it with you (click main pic). But then we wondered whether it should be on the pre-war or the post-war pages. A quick count told us that there are more post-wars than pre-wars in the picture, so that determined our choice. Some cars are easy to recognise, but others are probably too much damaged to identify. But we don't mind if you give it a try!

The photo will be auctioned by L’Art & L’Automobile during their online auction that ends March 28th. Check lot 40!
