Homegrown motorcar?

So what do we have here? Looks like an Oldsmobile look-a-like . Probably motorised with an ex lawnmower unit. Don't think we have seen this variety around any earlier. The seller writes it has 'many new up grades like new tires and wheels, axle, new brakes, new 7hp engine, and new ply wood the whole car is like new'. Well that's honest for starters. We just wonder - and the owner likes to get the information as well as he doesn't know -  is it a fully homegrown motorcar or was this one made in a series, no matter how small?
