Grandmother starts racing career at 44

If there's one thing we can learn on International Women's Day is that you don't have to be young to turn your life around. Take for instance Mrs. Theodora Sibley. In 1967, at age 44 already a grandmother, she left cat and sewing machine at home and started racing her sports car. She did well and joined Motor Racing Stables, one of the many racing clubs England that taught racing in Formula Ford single-seaters. Using the engines of the Ford Cortina this was a relatively cheap way to go racing. Mrs. Sibley's goal was to participate in the European Championships, but that's the last we heard of her. Who can tell us more of Theodora's career?
