Not your usual parking lot

Many, many years ago we tore this advert for Firestone tires from the pages of a magazine, can't remember which one. At the time -probably the early 1960s- it was just a picture of an ordinary parking lot, but as time progresses it gives us a marvelous insight as to what car the average American was driving. Does it really? No, we don't think so, as this photo was probably taken during some automotive event, hence the many British sports cars, Jaguar, Triumph, MG, Healey, but also several Corvettes and even humble VW's. We can look at this picture for hours and still see something new.
