An ordinary car in an ordinary street? (T600 prototype or post-war built T87?)

Karel Vermeer retrieved a few old photos and between those, this early post-war 1946(?) Tatra T87. Just an old car parked in front of a house in The Hague in 1977. Not that long ago, but my... an original Tatra - looking as if in daily use - what's the last time we saw something as simple as that? Looking more in detail at the picture we wonder which exact street this could be. It must be very close to for instance the Van Beuningenstraat where your editor was born. We wonder if RD-25-61 is still known with the Dutch Tatra Register.
