Why wouldn´t use your E Type? These Jaguar  cars have always been fabulous sports cars. Beautiful, powerful and valuable. The interest for these has only increased, especially due to the current auction fever and the recent 50th anniversary. It is the ultimate dream car for many, so why is the car depicted here covered by dust and not taken care for? Speculation? Far from that.

This car was completely restored about 15 years ago and then was sold to an old man who bought it without having tried it. At the first ride he found out that with his age -close to 80 - it was nearly impossible to get in or out from the snug cabin without a minimum of flexibility. So the car was parked... and remains unused to this day. As you can see from the photos it is a proper restoration job, but the car has no protection cover and has a damaged nose, probably due to a clumsy parking manoevre by anohter parking lot user. In the meantime the car has been transferred to a workshop for repair, but when we asked the owner about his intentions he was very clear: not to use the car again... but neither to sell it. What a sad fate.
