We can only be honest since we haven't the slightest idea of the mystery motor shown here ourselves. This does mean that the pleasant task of presenting your solution is all yours. But also to prove your point with scans, pictures, links or video...! Our guess is that the license plate will get you closer into the right direction. That's an Austrian plate, we think. But we wouldn't be surprised if that bizar nose treatment with propellors and all is from middle or eastern European origins.
