Tough to Crack Quiz # 17

Would you believe this sports car was built by a mere girl? Yep, it’s true! Together with her works manager she also designed a rear-engined 500cc Formula Three car. Six were made, but weren’t successful in races. Because their bodies were notable, it also served as a basis for this sports car, although this one has the engine up front. Sources vary as to how many were made, but one was entered for Le Mans, although it crashed during practice.
