Trudy 'Model T' Regter sick and tired of the Ford

After travelling through Europe, after crossing Africa top-down and after another 18,000 miles of US this summer alone - all by reliable but not supercomfortable Model T - it is no surprise that a girl says: "Hey there are more cars than a Model T!!!". This happened to Dirk Regter at Oscar Arce's Body Shop in Houston Texas. Trudy got out the car, slammed the small door and took a dive in the lush comfort of an - relatively speaking - ultra modern '47 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible. The car is a fine rat-rod resto job by Oscar. We are not sure what the outcome was, but in one of the photos we see the car but then parked outside and now with Dirk Regter thumbs up at the wheel. We'll let you know if the Model T World Tour should be renamed Cadillac Convertible World Tour. To be continued early 2014...
