Unidentified cars at Cassel

I was wondering if you can help me identify these cars.
This car was on the grounds of Christophe Pund in Cassel (Galerie de Damiers), but can't find it anywhere. He collects mostly French cars, so that's the direction I think. But beyond that, I really have no idea.
And also this one, also near Cassel. It looked like an MG of some sort, but still seems smaller and slightly different....

The car similar to an MG is a French ERAD Midget built in the '80s, copying a 2/3 scale MG, which could be powered by various engines from a 125 c.c. or more frequently a three-cylinder Kubota diesel of 600 c.c.
