WARNING:
Without Prejudice.
The below car Aston Martin UK registration 746HYU is the property of Richard Biddulph of Vintage & Prestige cars in London.
The car was shipped to Hungary in 2010 & seized by the government from one Mr Endrei Deak whilst still unpaid for in 2010.
Vintage & Prestige Cars will pursue all legal means for the return of the car to ourselves its correct & rightful owner should a sale be completed by the Hungarian Government.
Title Never passed to Mr Endrei Deak as he never completed payment for the car. Neither do the seller, the Hungarian Government have title to the car.
Richard Biddulph holds the UK V5 Registration certificate to the car in his own name & can show clear title though a preponderance of evidence.

I have a letter from DVLA stating it belongs to us. We will continue pursing the current 7 any future keepers for the return of it.

This AM was offered for sale to me through another website at 190.000 euro I backed away from it when the website start to warn me that something was fishy and not correct with the guy who offered the car to me. Good luck to try to get it back after so many years from that strange country Hungary. And why send it there anyway! Only pick up in London I would say to someone interested, now the car can disappear or sold in pieces....!
