The ride height was lowered by 15 mm, with a stiffer suspension, Brembo carbon ceramic brakes, and 19-inch wheels to match. Carbon fiber trim and seat shells, lighter glass, and titanium suspension components helped pare approximately 110 kilograms versus a standard Modena, while the mid-mounted V8 and F1 gearbox delivered an additional 25 CV for a total output of 425 CV. Maranello Sales Ltd. of Egham, Surrey attended to the car in July 2004 and January 2005, after which servicing passed to Stratstone in Manchester, which replaced the cam belts at 11,531 miles in August 2006 and stamped the book again in November 2007. Graypaul of Nottingham performed the 18,750-mile-interval service in January 2009 and further annual services in 2010 and 2012, with Maranello Sales returning to the book in January 2011. From 2013 the car was entrusted to Stratstone of Wilmslow, Cheshire for four consecutive annual services, including cam belt replacements in March 2013 and March 2016. Dick Lovett of Swindon serviced the car in January 2018, September 2019, and September 2020, fitting fresh cam belts during the 2019 visit, before respected marque specialist Bob Houghton carried out an annual service at 29,787 miles in October 2021. Most recently, Meridien Modena stamped the book in July 2025 at 31,146 miles, while public MOT records further corroborate the car's measured use of scarcely 1,400 miles per year across more than two decades.

Sensibly optioned, rarely seen in this specification, and supported by extensive service records, chassis 134392 is a compelling example of Ferrari's celebrated competition-spirited berlinetta.
